What is DPC?
Direct Primary Care is an increasingly popular model of care that is restoring the doctor–patient relationship. DPC is membership-based: for one low monthly flat fee, we provide longer, more relaxed visits, wholesale prices on medications and labs, and a variety of ways to connect with your physician.
The costly middle man — hospitals, insurance companies, upper management — is essentially eliminated. You pay your physician directly via monthly membership in exchange for transparent pricing and more time and improved access to a board-certified physician. This model has taken off across Charlotte, with Lake Norman (Davidson, Huntersville, Cornelius, Mooresville) next.
Your membership experience

- Same-day visits when you need them most
- Appointments within 24–48 hours (weekends/holidays excepted — but you may contact us anytime for advice)
- 30-minute minimum appointments — take as long as you'd like
- Text, call, FaceTime, email or reach us via patient portal
- Transparent pricing — know lab, imaging & pathology costs BEFORE treatment
- No insurance? No problem. We heavily discount pricing wherever we can
Aesthetics & anti-aging memberships
We offer a variety of DPC aesthetics/anti-aging packages for those in the Charlotte/Lake Norman metro as well. Members enjoy up to 50% off all cosmetic treatments — saving thousands annually.
